Shipping + Returns
Free Your Mind Designs processes and ships in stock items within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via our standard delivery method (USPS First Class). Most packages arrive within 3-5 business days. If an item(s) is out of stock, we will contact you via email.
We ship to all 50 states, Washington, D.C., U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We offer $5 flat rate shipping on orders less than $50 (unless specified otherwise by free shipping promotions) and free shipping on all orders over $50.
All our items are printed in and shipped locally from the San Francisco Bay Area.
We also ship internationally. For a limited time only, our promotional international shipping rate is $5.00 flat rate for orders less than $50 (great deal!). For international orders over $50, shipping is free.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Airmail. Depending on the destination, international packages can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive, but the majority of the packages should arrive within 7-14 business days. Please take into account that packages may be held for additional import/VAT fees in your country of residence. These fees, if any, are separate from your purchase with us and it is your responsibility to pay them. Please contact us here with any additional international shipping questions.
Free Your Mind Designs take pride in all the products we sell. Our goal is always for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we would be glad to do an exchange or return for you within 14 calendar days of receipt of shipment. We do not accept exchanges or returns after 14 calendar days of receipt of shipment.
Item(s) must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations or damages. We will refund your original form of payment (minus any shipping charges, if applicable) within two weeks (usually sooner) of receiving the item(s) back at our return center. Customers are responsible for their own shipping charges when returning an item(s). If shipping charges were paid by the customer at the time of purchase, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and will be subtracted from the total of the refunded amount. We recommend shipping your items back via USPS first class service with delivery confirmation as it is typically the cheapest and fastest method. Be sure to retain your tracking number, as we may need to reference it should your package be delayed or go missing. Please return items to the P.O. Box address below.
